Contributor Agreement

**CONTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT**

This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on September 18,2023 between any Writer/Photographer hereinafter referred to as the "Contributor," and Uplift Universe Magazine, hereinafter referred to as the "Magazine."

**1. Contribution:**

1.1 The Contributor agrees to voluntarily submit articles and photographs to Uplift Universe Magazine for possible publication in the Magazine's issues.

**2. Grant of Rights:**

2.1 The Contributor hereby grants the Magazine the non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the submitted articles and photographs in any form or media, including but not limited to print, digital, and online formats.

2.2 The Contributor understands that they will not receive any monetary compensation for their contributions, as this is a volunteer opportunity.

**3. Attribution:**

3.1 The Magazine agrees to provide the Contributor with a small section in the published article, giving credit to the Contributor, and including one photograph contributed by the Photographer, along with the appropriate acknowledgment.

**4. Term:**

4.1 This Agreement shall remain in effect for the duration of the publication of the relevant Magazine issue in which the Contributor's work appears.

**5. Rights Retained by Contributor:**

5.1 The Contributor retains all copyrights to their submitted articles and photographs, except for the rights granted to the Magazine under this Agreement.

**6. Termination:**

6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

**7. Governing Law:**

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Contributor Agreement as of the date first above written.
